Hand Reflexology and Self Care

Nancie is available to come to your place of business to talk about and do reflexology.  This is a great way to reduce work stress.

In 30 minutes she can show you and your team how to soothe tired backs, relieve sinus headaches, and boost your energy by pressing on key reflexology points on your hands.  Her Self Care with Hand Reflexology lunch talk, a mini reflexology class, is a fun way to learn.  And you'll head back to your desk knowing what you can do to relieve stress and feel better.  Every participant receives a full color chart showing reflexology points for hands and feet.
