I thought I had learned enough reflexology until my mentor Stefanie Sabounchian taught me Advanced Ear Reflexology. I realized those little ears hold a world of help for our well-being just like our feet and hands, and now I want to learn more and help you learn, too.
In June I called Stefanie, who lives in Southern California, and asked if she’d be willing to teach me more on Zoom. Surprisingly, she said yes, and this July I had two classes on the 10 Master Points on our ears. I invited clients to let me work on their ears while Stefanie helped me in real time to get my fingers on the right places on their ears. Even with all the talking, these dear clients fell asleep. Amazing.
If you came in August, I offered you more ear reflexology to help you relax even more. You felt it! Your comments were helpful and I appreciated them, and now I want to learn more and offer you more.
So here comes September and the learning continues. It turns out that one of the best things we can do for our brains is to continue to challenge ourselves and learn new things. What this means for you is that I’m continuing to learn how I can be more helpful to you and your body through deep relaxation and stimulating nerve endings on your ears.

I will continue learning about Master Points in our ears, and tell you where you might touch your ears to help you relax between sessions. Do come. And we’ll continue to learn together.
