Thank you for coming. Thank you for sending your friends. Thank you for buying new shoes with a wider toe box. Thank you for deeply relaxing when I work on your hands, feet, and ears. Thank you for letting me soothe your pain with reflexology. Thank you for the flowers. Thank you for the hugs hello and goodbye. Thank you for being 100% you and allowing me to be 100% me.

In January, Portland Reflexology will begin its 17th year. I’m going to hold on tight and tell myself it’s all going to get better. Join me. Because we have no idea how powerful we really are.
