How to take care of myself these days?

March 24, 2026

Thank you for taking care of yourself with reflexology. I’m here to get you through these unsettling days.

These are anxious times because we don’t know what will happen next. Thank you for continuing to come to take care of yourself.

When I begin your session with bubbly warm water in that brass bowl and rub reflexology points on your feet under water, I can feel your body start to relax. Sometimes you lean back in that soft fabric chair and shut your eyes. This is part of caring for yourself.

Everything here, the soft water foot soak, the heated massage table, the warm towels wrapped around your feet, soothing music and my gentle, strong touch on reflex points reminds you I’m here to help you relax, and you do. It’s your chance to release the anxiety, worry and sadness that you may have come in with. These sessions stay the same… quiet, slow, and gentle on your nervous system.

Someone said yesterday, “I think this is what heaven feels like.” I don’t know about that, but I do know there is nothing I’d rather do today than provide you with this time away so you can leave in a better place than when you came.

Thank you for taking care of yourself with reflexology. I’m here to get you through these unsettling days.
