After a session you often tell me how much better you feel. And I can see how you have unwound because your shoulders have dropped and you’re smiling. Yes, it’s surprising that an hour of reflexology can make such a difference in the way you feel.
Reflexology’s primary benefit—reducing stress—is something I’m thrilled you’re experiencing. For the past 17 years, I’ve dedicated myself to using my expertise in reflexology and shoes to care for you. It’s my passion and joy to share this knowledge and help you feel your best.
At the beginning of our sessions, I ask “What’s going on?” or “How can I boost your body today?” I want to work the area that aches with my fingers and thumbs, and before you leave show you where you can soothe that area yourself. My knowledge is based on more than 600 hours of classroom training over the years. It’s knowledge I use in every session with you.
The benefits of reflexology are cumulative: Engaging in a de-stressing session once or twice a month can significantly enhance your sleep quality (Wang et al., 2020; see below), promote muscle relaxation, and improve blood vessel expansion and circulation, allowing more oxygen and nutrients to reach your cells.
If you've misplaced your foot and hand chart, just ask, I'm glad to give you another one. Alternatively, you can view the charts on my website to explore the reflexology charts of feet, hands, and ears: Reflexology Charts. (Here's the link to my website homepage if helpful.)
Please make another appointment today. You’re the reason I love providing reflexology and I’m available for sessions Monday through Saturday. Call or text me at 503-867-2778, or email me at Nancie.Hines@gmail.com.
